How long does it take for my order to be complete?
Typically, orders take about 2-3 weeks from the time artwork is approved. Artwork generally takes a few days to be completed, so as soon as it is approved, the order will be started.
I have my own artwork/logo. Can I use that for my order?
Yes, we are able to use supplied designs/logs as long as they are compatible with our programs and equipment. We can accept JPEG and PDF formats only. If you are unable to provide your artwork in those formats, we may have to recreate the design for a nominal fee.
I don’t have a design/logo, can you make one for me?
Yes, our art department can design any logo/design that you want
Can I order just one item of clothing?
Yes, we have the ability to produce just one item with the many different methods we have.
